Refund Policy

Last updated: May 14, 2026

The short version

All sales are final — but if something is wrong, email us and we'll sort it out.

The slightly longer version

Digital files are tricky. Once you've downloaded one, we can't un-give it to you. That's why most digital storefronts have a no-refund policy as the default, including this one.

"No refunds" isn't the same as "no help." If something on our end didn't deliver what you paid for, we'll fix it.

Cases we refund, no questions asked

  • The file is corrupted or won't open
  • You received the wrong file
  • You were charged more than once for the same order
  • The download link didn't work and the recovery page didn't help

For these cases, email hello@agladscientist.com with your order details (the email address you used at checkout and the date of purchase) and we'll get it handled.

Cases we don't refund

  • You changed your mind
  • You bought it by accident
  • It didn't look how you expected
  • You forgot about it for six months
  • A friend has the same one

These are not eligible for refund because the file has been delivered and a license has been granted at the moment of purchase. We recommend reviewing the preview images and product description carefully before purchasing.

How to request a refund

Email hello@agladscientist.com within 30 days of your purchase with:

  • The email address used at checkout
  • The date of purchase
  • The name of the product
  • A brief description of the issue

We'll respond within five business days.

How refunds are issued

Approved refunds are issued back to your original payment method through Stripe. Most banks reflect refunds within 5–10 business days. The download link associated with the refunded purchase will be deactivated at the time of refund.

By accepting a refund, you agree to delete any copies of the refunded file in your possession. The license granted at purchase terminates upon refund.

Chargebacks

If you believe you're entitled to a refund, please email us before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We have never refused a legitimate refund request, and chargeback fees cost both of us money and time that could be spent fixing the actual problem.
